Neijing Studies: Advanced Clinical Practicums are designed to build on the theoretical and clinical skills acquired in Neijing Studies: Levels I and II.

Practicums consist of multi-day clinical sessions in which patients are evaluated and treated. Emphasis is placed on training students to design and implement treatment plans for patients with serious and complex illnesses. Practicums are given in both the United States and Europe.

CLASS PREREQUISITES: Completion or current enrollment in Neijing Studies: Level I, Neijing Studies: Level II, or permission of the instructor.

Our spring Advanced Clinical Practicum in North America will be held May 24-25, 2019 in Montreal, Quebec.  The weekend is hosted by practitioner and Neijing Studies graduate Ethan Murchie. The weekend is an extension to the practical element of your Neijing Studies, we are organizing two interactive clinic days with Dr. Edward Neal to learn advanced diagnosis, palpation, and needling techniques.

There will be time for clinical practice, question and answer sessions, and some free time built in to the schedule to allow participants the opportunity to process and reflect on treatment methods and the presentations.

NOTE: The retreat is limited to 16 participants due to available accommodations of the event center and to keep the teaching environment small.

PREREQUISITES: The clinic days will be open to all (past and current) students of Neijing Studies: Level 1.
