If you register with us in order to post content or receive our newsletter, we will collect your email address. First name and last name are collected at your discretion. If you purchase products or services from Edward Neal, MD, LLC, we will also collect billing address, phone number, and email address, and if applicable for shipping hard goods, your mailing address. We may also use your billing address or IP address received from your browser or device to determine your approximate location, and your shipping address will be used to create a label for shipping hard goods if necessary. Edward Neal, MD, LLC does not collect your billing and shipping address for marketing purposes.
Edward Neal, MD, LLC does not store your credit card number, and Edward Neal, MD, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors do not have access to your credit card information. Your data is transmitted to our payment gateway, Stripe, using encrypted means. While your credit card data is not accessible on Stripe to Edward Neal, MC, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors, previously agreed on payment plans and subscriptions for products and services allow for you to be charged for the agreement amount.
If you make an arrangement to pay using other means such as PayPal, Edward Neal, MD, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors only have access to what information you share with us. You share your personal information at your own discretion.
What computer data we collect and why we collect it

Your email address, first name, and last name are collected for purposes of enrollment and course participation. Your IP address is regularly logged for purposes of course participation. Your profile image, biography, and other personal data may be collected at your discretion. Edward Neal, MD, LLC will never share, sell, distribute, or otherwise broadcast your personal information collected in the “Virtual Classroom”.
Course Registration. When you register for online and live courses offered by Edward Neal, LLC, MD, your name, mailing address (or billing address), email address, professional credentials, and profile image are collected for purposes of enrollment. This information is required such that Edward Neal, MD, LLC may verify your professional credentials in accordance with medical regulatory requirements. Phone number may be collected at your discretion, and you may choose to upload a profile image that does not disclose your identity.
Newsletters. You have the opportunity to provide your email address to Edward Neal, MD, LLC in order to receive communications such as announcements of new products and services, updates to the Website, and special offers.
